Visitors enter through crystalline panels evoking frozen water, continue along a fluid, translucent ramp suggesting liquid flow, and look up to a cloud-like canopy representing vapor. Together, these contrasting textures—rigid, flowing, and airy—form a dynamic sculptural whole that conveys water’s adaptability, movement, and essential role in sustaining life.
