PAVILION/EXHIBIT NAME: Expanding horizons

LOCATION: Expo 2025 Site / Yumeshima Island / Plot S.01 – Common C / Saving Lives Zone

DIMENSIONS/AREA: 300 sqm.

Entitled “Expanding horizons” and resulting from the theme “Empowering Lives – Education and Work Using Artificial Intelligence and Robotics”, this exhibition is the main one and addresses the relevance and contribution of Artificial Intelligence and Robotics to stimulating endogenous development, making processes more efficient. In this context, the intrinsic connection between Education and Work and the prioritization of Territorial Capital are central aspects of the sustainability perspective presented here.

This exhibition, whose contents are just a sample of the wealth that exists in the country, is structured around four pillars:
“Bording” – potential and existing initiatives
“On the Crest of the Wave” – success stories
“Turbulence on the High Seas” – adversities and challenges within the context of the 2030 Agenda
“Sighting the Blue Planet” – pilot projects, conceptual projects and ideas under development aimed at boosting the Sustainable Development Goal targets

The following thematic axes are transversal to the pillars, with which the various contents are in line:
Innovation for social impact
Innovation in heritage processes
Advanced health and well-being
Innovation for integrated, less expensive and more responsible processes
Environmental preservation and resilience to climate change
Smart and sustainable cities
